Divy by SC

Set your rules once.
Every naira sorts itself.

Divy splits every payment the instant it arrives — salary, client payment, refund, anything — based on rules you set once. No manual transfers. No remembering.

RULE 01The Problem

The gap isn't intention. It's friction.

Most people who earn money intend to save a portion of it, invest a portion of it, or send a portion of it to someone else — the moment it lands. In practice, almost nobody actually does this consistently.

Money sits in one account, undivided, until it's spent on whatever's in front of you — not what you originally meant to do with it.

Every inflow, the same manual ritual

  1. 01Open the app
  2. 02Check the balance
  3. 03Remember the percentages
  4. 04Initiate three or four separate transfers
  5. 05Confirm each one
  6. 06Close the app

Do that enough times and it stops happening.

RULE 02The Solution

Every payment divides itself.

Divy automatically splits every payment that enters your account, the instant it arrives, based on rules you set once.

You tell Divy: 40% stays here, 30% goes to my PiggyVest account, 20% to Bamboo, 10% to my mother's account. From that point forward, every payment — salary, client payment, refund, anything — divides itself according to that rule, with zero action from you.

What stops being your job

  • No manual transfers
  • No remembering
  • No money sitting around waiting to be “dealt with later”
RULE 03How It Works

Five steps, once.

  1. 01

    Connect

Get a dedicated Divy account number, or link your existing inflow account.

  2. 02

    Add your destinations

Add any Nigerian bank account: a savings app, an investment platform, a family member, a business account. Each one is verified before you save it, so you always know exactly whose account you're sending to.

  3. 03

    Set your percentages

Assign a split percentage to each destination. Leave a remainder in your main account if you want.

  4. 04

    Set a minimum

Choose a threshold (e.g. ₦5,000) below which Divy won't bother splitting — no point fragmenting small amounts across five accounts.

  5. 05

    Done

From here, every inflow triggers the split automatically. You can edit, pause, or remove any rule at any time.

RULE 04Who Divy Is For

Built for people who get paid.

Freelancers and consultants

Who get paid irregularly and want discipline built into the payment itself, not dependent on willpower after the fact.

Salary earners

Who want savings and investment contributions to happen automatically every payday, without a standing order that only covers one destination.

Small business owners

Who want a portion of every sale routed to tax savings, reinvestment, or payroll reserves without doing it manually.

Anyone supporting family

Who wants a fixed percentage of every inflow to go to a parent, sibling, or dependent — automatically, every time, without having to remember.

RULE 05What Makes Divy Different

Not a wallet. A rule.

Every Nigerian fintech app has a "save a percentage" feature. Almost none of them make it automatic and unconditional — most require you to manually move money into a pocket after it's already arrived, which is the exact behavior most people don't stick to.

Divy is not a wallet. It's not a place your money lives. It's the rule that decides where your money goes the moment it arrives, and then gets out of the way.

No partners required

You can send to any Nigerian bank account or fintech platform — Divy doesn't require the destination to be a "partner" or have any special integration.

If it has a Nigerian bank account number, you can split money to it.

RULE 06Core Features

What Divy does.

Automatic splitting

Every inflow is split instantly, with no manual step required.

Unlimited destinations

Add as many accounts as you want — savings apps, investment platforms, personal accounts, business accounts.

Custom percentages

Set any split ratio across your destinations; adjust anytime.

Minimum threshold

Set a floor amount below which splitting is skipped, so small inflows aren't fragmented.

Account verification

Every destination is name-verified before saving, so you always know who you're sending to.

Full transfer history

See exactly what was split, where it went, and when — for every single inflow.

Pause anytime

Turn off automatic splitting temporarily without deleting your rules.

RULE 07Security & Trust

It moves money. It never holds it.

Divy never holds your money

Divy does not hold your money. It moves it — from your account to the destinations you choose, using licensed, regulated payment infrastructure.

Standard bank rails

Every transfer is a standard bank transfer (NIP), the same rails used by every Nigerian bank and fintech app.

Name-verified destinations

Every destination account is verified by name before you can save it, to prevent misdirected transfers. Divy never has access to your destination accounts beyond the account number and bank you provide — it cannot see balances, transaction history, or any other information about those accounts.

RULE 08Pricing

Two plans. One decision.

  • Unlimited transfers

Pro

RULE 09FAQ

Asked, answered.

Yes. You can add any Nigerian bank account or fintech account as a split destination, as long as it has a valid account number.

Divy retries automatically and notifies you if a transfer can't be completed, without holding up the rest of your split.

This is on the roadmap — currently, one rule set applies to all inflows above your set threshold.

No limit on the Divy side. Standard NIP transfer limits from the underlying banking infrastructure apply.

Yes, anytime. Changes apply to the next inflow — nothing retroactive.
