Divy is a Stalwart Crest product. This policy describes what information the Divy website and service handle, and why. It will be finalized before launch.
Who handles your information
Divy is operated by Stalwart Crest, the same company registered as Stalwart Crest Ltd (NG) and Stalwart Crest, Inc. (USA).
What Divy holds
To split your money, Divy stores your split rules, your verified destination accounts (account number and bank), and a record of every transfer it executes on your behalf. Divy does not hold your money. It moves it, using licensed, regulated payment infrastructure.
What Divy never sees
Divy never has access to your destination accounts beyond the account number and bank you provide. It cannot see balances, transaction history, or any other information about those accounts.
Verification
Every destination account is verified by name before you can save it, to prevent misdirected transfers. Verification uses standard banking infrastructure and stores only the returned account name.
This website
This website is fully static. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts of its own.
